okay
okayActually, I wrote this months ago at the end of Torchwood Season 2, but it stalled for lack of a title, which I've now rectified (...obviously).
...I'm thinking about creating a fic journal...

confusedI am SO VERY TERRIFIED right now.
*whimpers*
scaredMmmm Supernatural Season 2 FTW. I've watched the first four episodes. :)
pleasedWHAT.
'"Rape is simply sex. Women enjoy sex, so rape cannot be such a terrible ordeal..."'
WANKERS.
infuriatedXD
But, seriously, go read it - it's a fun book, and the relationships between the characters are a bit...I don't know...obvious, maybe? yet strangely compelling. And sweet. I mean, you can see most of the plot coming from a mile off and everything seems to work out suspiciously, unrealistically perfectly for the protagonists, but...IT'S STILL GOOD!
I didn't sell that particularly well, did I? But if you like fantastical, Victorian-era adventure stories then I'm sure you won't be disappointed. =]
P.S. High School Musical 2 FTW. :P
chipperI DID NOT WANT TO WANT ALEX/GENE.
I DID NOT WANT THIS.
Having said that...That scene in last week's episode (which I just watched on BBC iPlayer) was so cute.
It annoyed me for being clichéd and very very stupidly similar to the one in LoM Series 1, but...but...
CUTE.
......................Grrrr.
aggravated^^ My boyfriend came up with this title after a conversation which you do not want to know the exact details of. I want it to somehow be written, so very. very. much.
I also:
- am still alive.
- have too much work to do.
- want to actually use LJ again for more than stalking my f-list.
Ahhhh, one day...
(P.S. I want to stab Alex Drake in the face, multiple times, with a spork, this is normal y/n? Genuine question here peoples.)
busyMERRY CHRISTMAS GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hope you all had a fabulous day. :D
contentI'm in two minds about it...tell me what you think? :)
working
hyperI haven't written any type or any part of any fanfiction since 17th August.
Three months and one day.
I find this a rather sad state of affairs, yet I'm not really that inspired to write anything. I have loads of old unfinished fics on the family computer though, and one which I was really enjoying writing, and I'd like to try finishing it, although I also want to at least attempt some original fic; next year I'm thinking of applying to do English Literature & Creative Writing at uni, and most of them want a sample of your work. I have a lot of poems that I've written but so far no fiction, so I should probably remedy this as soon as possible.
Incidentally, anyone thinking of doing/know anyone who does/know anything about English Literature & Creative Writing courses?
=D
worriedUm Sixth Form is amazing but also still slightly scary, and I think this will probably only get worse as time goes on, but I am surprisingly fine with this as it doesn't seem to affect my ability to enjoy life in any way.
Which (life) is very very good at the moment. I am most probably going to the theatre next Saturday to see All About My Mother (IT HAS MARK GATISS OMG) with
...This is it, yes, really. How interesting. Please let the rotten-vegetable-throwing commence!
P.S. I LOVE FREE PERIODS HOW DID I LIVE WITHOUT THEM HOW.
(Oh and I'm going to be a spectator at a Yu-Gi-Oh! tournament tomorrow, held by my/my boyfriend's friends. It's being held in a slight spirit of irony, but mostly because boys are odd and find this fun. I shall laugh at them and do my Latin homework.)
contentSecondly, my English Lit. GCSE is part of a sample getting sent back to be re-marked as our whole year did worse than expected on it, which is pretty cool because apparently I was only one mark off an A* so it would be pleasing if it was marked up, but I'm not getting my hopes up or anything. We'll probably find out just before half-term or thereabouts.
Thirdly, I switched my History A-Level to R.S. because I think that although I love reading History for myself lessons suck all the interest out of it, and I'm good at R.S. and know where I stand with it, while in History I felt like everyone else knew way more than me.
Fourthly, I went on my real D of E Bronze expedition the weekend just gone, which was completely shitty and horrible but not as bad as the practice, and at least we know we've passed that section...Just the presentation on our purpose work to go.
And laaaaaaaaaastly please do this meme my lovelies:
Comment to this post saying something - anything - about me. I'll then put what you've said in my profile. This means that you can say I eat babies, and it will still go up to describe me to the world. Then post this in your journal, so we can do the same thing for you! I will leave it in my profile for at least a month.
THAAAAAAAAAAAAAANKS HOW ARE YOU ALL?????
confusedIT'S REALLY GOOD.
BUT.
OH GOD.
HISTORY'S SCARY.
...TELL ME I WON'T FAIL TELL ME I WON'T.
Who did Edexcel History AS/A Level? Anyone?
...Please?
jubilantAM CAMPING ON SATURDAY NIGHT WITH FOUR FRIENDS.

teenagelogic. :D
1. Leave me a comment saying something random, like the lyrics from your current favourite song, or your favourite kind of sandwich. Something random. Whatever you like.
2. I'll respond by asking you five questions so I can get to know you better.
3. Update your journal with the answers to the questions.
4. Include this explanation in the post and offer to ask other people questions.
lovedOMG.
I WENT AWAY AGAIN.
AND FORGOT TO TELL YOU GUYS. *headdesk*
Having said that, no one probably even noticed. XD But yes, I went to Latin Camp, and it was AWESOME BEYOND ALL BELIEF. I met
rainfire_dancer, but sadly we didn't get to spend that much time together, as there was SO. MUCH. LATIN. Gives a whole new meaning to the word 'intensive'. Also met someone from
gayjunglefever's school and year, but was embarrassed because she didn't seem to know who I was talking about when I asked, even though I eventually remembered her real name. I think this girl now thinks I'm insane. :D
If there's anything you've posted since 29th June that you want me to see, please tell me. PLEASE.
I was going to Wales but now I'm not, because I'm a lazy arse and can't be bothered to catch the train there and back for only four and a half days there, but mostly because I want time to party with my friends for what is probably the second-to-last completely care-free summer of our lives!
Coming soon: Greece pictures, Latin Camp pictures, Prom Shoe pictures, whatever else I think of that I feel the burning need to share.
(And my D of E expedition got cancelled! YEEEEEEEEEES! It was because of the flooding, so it's been postponed to September 15th - 16th. Again, I say: YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES!!!
highDOCTOR WHO BROKE MY BRAIN INTO A MILLION PIECES AND THEN PUT IT BACK TOGETHER ALL. WRONG.
